Job Summary
Experienced graphic designers will find a full-time opportunity as a Lead Graphic Designer in Digital Marketing, responsible for elevating digital marketing design quality, leading complex projects, and mentoring peers while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Concept and develop brand campaigns, setting art direction standards and ensuring visual consistency across all digital assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing assets on time and present design concepts to stakeholders
- Design and produce high-volume digital assets, including web banners, email campaigns, and landing pages, while maintaining organized file management
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on digital marketing design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Deep experience in designing email, web banners, landing pages, and motion graphics
- Strong working knowledge of digital platform specifications and asset optimization
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS email design and web design principles
