Lead GRC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead GRC Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and mature the organization's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program
• Lead risk identification, analysis, and treatment processes across the organization
• Oversee audits, assessments, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to standards

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, or related fields with leadership experience
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Experience developing and implementing GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures
