Lead Grid Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Grid Reliability Engineer - Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and implement controls for compliance with NERC, PPA, ISO, and other regulatory standards
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and potential issues
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop solutions for enhancing asset performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering or asset management within the electric utility industry
• Knowledge of NERC reliability standards and ISO operations
• Experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of power system assets
• Familiarity with programming and data management tools, including SQL and Power BI
