Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated member and provider issues
  • Mentor staff and provide real-time feedback
  • Research and resolve complex issues, including regulatory and CMS matters
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of grievance and appeals experience in a Healthcare or Managed Care setting
  • Experience with compliance and internal standards
  • Ability to train and educate team members on processes and policies
  • Experience preparing reports and documentation for audits
