- Handle escalated member and provider issues
- Mentor staff and provide real-time feedback
- Research and resolve complex issues, including regulatory and CMS matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of grievance and appeals experience in a Healthcare or Managed Care setting
- Experience with compliance and internal standards
- Ability to train and educate team members on processes and policies
- Experience preparing reports and documentation for audits
