- Own the full self-serve funnel from awareness through conversion and expansion, focusing on improving key metrics
- Build and execute experimentation frameworks across various channels and in-product touchpoints
- Develop and manage lifecycle marketing programs to drive trial conversion and feature adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in self-serve conversion metrics
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and product analytics tools
- Experience with PLG motions, freemium models, or developer tools preferred
- Strong bias for action and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
