Job Summary
To support Kit's 2026 business goals, the full-time Lead Growth Marketing Manager will optimize the acquisition engine, enhance LTV:CAC ratios, and grow brand awareness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and improve paid acquisition performance across existing channels, focusing on efficiency and quality of customer acquisition
- Conduct performance audits to identify high-impact opportunities for increasing qualified inbound demand and brand-aware traffic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test creative strategies that align with brand goals and drive measurable results
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or related fields
- Proven track record of improving marketing efficiency while maintaining or increasing lead volume and revenue
- Strong understanding of LTV:CAC, pipeline contribution, and revenue-based performance measurement
- Experience optimizing paid channels such as Google, Meta, or LinkedIn
- Ability to implement AI tools for campaign research, audience insights, and reporting
