Lead GTM Enablement Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead GTM Enablement & Scale Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global GTM and enablement strategy for new product categories
• Build and ship scalable enablement using AI tools for technical deep dives and demos
• Establish a feedback loop to capture field friction and provide actionable recommendations to Product teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or related fields
• Experience running POCs and handling objections in a technical sales environment
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technical domains
• Proven track record of building enablement programs from scratch
• Experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams
