Lead GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead GTM Engineer to shape and own the Growth Engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems that aggregate and transform signals for outbound and growth efforts
• Design and implement automations and internal tools to enhance account engagement
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data to create scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining production software, preferably in growth or sales environments
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Node.js is a plus
• Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce and Outreach
• Ability to build internal tools, automations, and data-driven workflows
• Prior leadership experience or readiness for a team-lead role
