Lead GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead GTM Engineer to create systems and automations for go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own systems that aggregate and transform signals for outbound and growth efforts
• Design and ship automations and internal tools to enhance account engagement
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data to develop scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining production software in growth, product, marketing, or sales environments
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Node.js is a plus
• Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce and Outreach
• Prior people leadership experience or readiness for a team-lead role
• A builder mindset with a focus on action and measurable impact
