Lead GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead GTM Engineer to manage the technical architecture and strategic direction of its go-to-market stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own the integration architecture across the GTM stack, ensuring seamless data flow
• Manage the technical components of the RevOps roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and project plans

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue technology, GTM operations, or a related technical business operations role
• Deep Salesforce fluency, including custom objects, flows, and Apex classes
• Strong working knowledge of iPaaS tools and experience designing integrations
• SQL proficiency for data validation and health score calculations; familiarity with Python or JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
