Lead GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To support customer acquisition and retention efforts, the full-time remote Lead GTM Engineer will identify and prioritize GTM problems, connect and improve GTM data across various systems, and build reliable workflows to enhance revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize GTM problems by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and CX teams to enhance the customer journey
- Connect and improve GTM data by integrating various platforms and building workflows for data management
- Measure results and drive adoption by documenting performance metrics and training users on new workflows
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or related fields with proven system-building examples
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS funnels, CRM, marketing automation, and customer retention strategies
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and automation tools like Zapier or Workato
- Working fluency in APIs, SQL, and programming languages like Python or JavaScript
- Experience using AI for GTM workflows, ensuring quality and privacy controls
