Lead GTM Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Finance team, the full-time remote Lead GTM Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will manage GTM reporting and analysis processes, serve as the primary finance partner to GTM leadership, and build financial models to inform strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of GTM reporting and analysis processes in collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships leaders
- Deliver insights that drive pipeline, pricing, and revenue decisions as the primary finance partner to GTM leadership
- Own the end-to-end GTM financial model, including bookings, ARR, pipeline, and sales capacity planning
Required qualifications
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue/GTM finance, or sales finance
- Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills with the ability to build and maintain complex models
- Experience with Pigment, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar BI tools
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data across systems
