Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead GTM Systems Analyst to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level Sales and Post Sales systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define a capability-driven GTM roadmap aligned with business goals
• Build scalable solutions for complex business problems in areas such as lifecycle management and customer success
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level system transformation projects
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to optimize workflows and decision-making
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
