Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead GTM Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for the Salesforce to Planhat integration, ensuring accurate data flow
• Mentor junior admins and drive internal process improvements for operational maturity
• Design and maintain system configurations and automation standards within Kantata and Tackle.io

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a GTM Systems Engineer or Business Systems Administrator in high growth SaaS organizations
• Extensive experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Customer Success (CS) platforms
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce Core platform, including Quote-to-Cash workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) for custom integrations
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex data sync issues while maintaining data integrity
