Job Summary
Leading L2/L3 production support for Guidewire PolicyCenter applications, the remote Lead Guidewire Production Support Specialist will troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application stability in a cloud environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on L2/L3 production support and lead incident resolution for PolicyCenter applications
- Monitor application health, logs, and system performance while coordinating cross-functional teams
- Support production releases, deployments, and change management activities to ensure operational excellence
Required qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Guidewire Production Support
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, including knowledge of Gosu, PCF, and RuleSets
- Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Experience in Personal Lines insurance and Agile/Scrum environments
- Guidewire Cloud experience and/or Guidewire Cloud Certification is highly preferred
