Lead Guidewire Support Specialist

Job Summary

Leading L2/L3 production support for Guidewire PolicyCenter applications, the remote Lead Guidewire Production Support Specialist will troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application stability in a cloud environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on L2/L3 production support and lead incident resolution for PolicyCenter applications
• Monitor application health, logs, and system performance while coordinating cross-functional teams
• Support production releases, deployments, and change management activities to ensure operational excellence

Required qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Guidewire Production Support
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, including knowledge of Gosu, PCF, and RuleSets
• Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Experience in Personal Lines insurance and Agile/Scrum environments
• Guidewire Cloud experience and/or Guidewire Cloud Certification is highly preferred
