Job Summary

Lead Hardware Supply Chain, this full-time remote position involves overseeing global demand planning, distribution strategy, and logistics operations for hardware products across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning and production scheduling for hardware products
• Manage distributor relationships, including negotiations and inventory rebalancing
• Collaborate with various teams to size demand for product launches and phase-outs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management for both first-party and third-party products
• Fluency in financial and data systems, including ERP and data analysis tools
• Experience in global operations with knowledge of freight, tax, and customs
• Background in New Product Introduction and Phase-out processes
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in strategic distributor relationships
