Lead HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead HCM Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-sales scoping analysis and assist in project planning
• Mentor and develop new hires while ensuring alignment of skills with project needs
• Collaborate with project managers to oversee data integrity and client transitions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
• Expert knowledge of HRIS software platforms and payroll implementation experience
• Experience with integrations between third-party systems
• Understanding of PII data governance and confidentiality requirements
• Strong experience with Excel and QA/testing tools
