Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead HCM Consultant - Managed Payroll Intake - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager with the intake process for Managed Payroll/HR Essentials clients and perform initial analysis of client payroll and HR processes
  • Collaborate with Technology Consultants to review client ecosystems and recommend optimizations for integrations
  • Mentor and train new hires while providing feedback on consultant performance and ensuring best practices are followed in project execution
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of proven experience processing end-to-end payroll in a multi-client environment
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
  • Expert knowledge of HRIS software platforms and payroll processes
  • Experience with integrations between third-party systems, such as API or EDI
  • FPC or CPP payroll certification is a plus
