Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, HCP Programmatic Measurement Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own measurement strategy across the product lifecycle, developing frameworks to prove campaign performance and creating client-facing measurement playbooks
  • Shape and communicate the ProviderConnect value story, translating complex ad tech and data concepts into clear narratives
  • Collaborate with internal analytics and product teams, as well as external data partners, to integrate advanced measurement studies and ensure accurate cross-channel reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in HCP advertising, programmatic media, or digital marketing strategy
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Hands-on experience with platforms and tools such as Freewheel or other DSPs
  • Experience leading measurement or analytics initiatives for HCP or healthcare media campaigns
  • Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations, including HIPAA and de-identification standards
