Job Summary
Supporting Guide Managers and mentoring team members, the full-time Lead Health Guide will perform Guide responsibilities while also focusing on performance evaluation, coaching, and fostering team relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Guide Managers to enhance Guide performance through evaluations, coaching, and development planning
- Provide mentorship related to KPIs and professional development, aiding Guides in meeting performance expectations
- Conduct quality audits and facilitate training sessions to support team communication and alignment with business priorities
Required qualifications
- Experience in health guidance or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentorship
- Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and participant experience metrics
- Ability to analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements
- Familiarity with training and development initiatives within a team setting
