Lead Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst in Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform research and analysis of complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data
• Develop and generate ad-hoc and standard reports using SQL and other analytic tools
• Guide the design of predictive models and oversee report generation by team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
• 6+ years of experience in Data, Finance, or Systems Analysis
• Expert knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and SSIS or similar tools
• Experience in Medical Economics and performance indicators is preferred
• Familiarity with BI tools and healthcare payer applications is a plus
