Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior / Lead Healthcare Informatics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large quantities of data using various query tools and analytic techniques
• Design, create, and maintain dashboards and business models while consulting with business units
• Lead mentoring and cross-training initiatives within the department and manage complex projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience, or an associate degree with 7+ years, or high school equivalency with 10+ years for senior-level; 6+ years for lead-level
• Certifications in areas such as AHIP, AHM, LOMA, or AHIMA
• Demonstrated knowledge of the medical insurance industry and market trends
• Proficiency in SQL and various query tools such as Power BI and Python
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of healthcare claims payment systems and reimbursement methodologies
