Job Summary

Providing lead-level non-clinical healthcare services support, the full-time Lead Healthcare Operations Support will manage care management, utilization management, and transitions of care for pediatric and adolescent populations while ensuring quality and cost-effective member care.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists in training staff and evaluates their performance to improve operational efficiency
  • Acts as a supportive resource for staff, facilitating departmental processes and resolving operational issues
  • Monitors staff workload and compliance with departmental policies, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Required qualifications
  • At least 4 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, preferably in a managed care setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong analytic abilities
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
