Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead HR Generalist who will support employee relations and HR compliance in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic employee relations support and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements
  • Lead employee investigations, performance management processes, and advise on employment separations and leaves of absence
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent, and facilitate training sessions and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, particularly in call center environments and employee relations
  • Demonstrated experience in HR compliance and investigations, including OSHA regulations
  • Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Suite, and HR analytics
  • Exposure to generative AI tools in HR is a plus
