Lead HR Generalist

Job Summary

Lead HR Generalist, responsible for providing HR support to physicians, managing complex inquiries, and developing strategies to enhance the physician experience in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated HR support to physicians, managing inquiries and case resolutions
• Develop and execute the Physician Experience strategy, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
• Lead HR projects and support the integration of new centers and practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of HR experience
• Healthcare experience required, with a preference for experience supporting physicians
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred; PHR-CA or SPHR-CA is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR functional areas and proficiency in MS Office
• Able to travel quarterly to facilities and practices
