Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead HR Manager Services & Employee Records.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday transactions and resolve complex HR service issues
- Manage advanced HR transactions across the employee lifecycle and ensure data integrity across systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and support audits and compliance activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Workday HCM and HR Operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support
- US citizenship required with the ability to obtain security clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of HR operation experience, or equivalent experience with lower education levels
