Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead HR Manager Services & Employee Records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday transactions and resolve complex HR service issues
  • Manage advanced HR transactions across the employee lifecycle and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and support audits and compliance activities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday HCM and HR Operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support
  • US citizenship required with the ability to obtain security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of HR operation experience, or equivalent experience with lower education levels
