• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes while ensuring compliance and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5-8 years of progressive HR Operations experience, including senior-level ownership
• Proficiency with HiBob or equivalent HRIS platforms
• Experience in multi-country HR Ops and compliance management
• Familiarity with data center or mission-critical infrastructure environments
