Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Lead HR Systems Analyst will manage business and technology partnerships, provide leadership to analysts, and translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provides leadership and direction to analysts and project support resources while coaching team members on best practices
- Documents business needs through user stories and creates business process and technical diagrams for clarity on system capabilities
- Evaluates new solutions, communicates potential issues, and collaborates with software engineers to enhance system functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of IT-related experience, including Business Analysis and Data Analysis
- Experience leading Agile/Iterative project teams in a business analyst role
- Knowledge of programming languages, project management, and application or systems development methodologies
- Basic SQL query writing skills and familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
