Lead HR Workday Analyst

Job Summary

To support complex HR initiatives, the remote Lead HR Workday Analyst will lead projects, translate business needs into technical requirements, and design scalable solutions using Workday Extend in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex HR and business execution initiatives
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Partner with HR governance and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday Extend and custom Workday applications
• HR domain experience preferred
• Ability to gather requirements and analyze complex business problems
• Experience working with stakeholders across HR and business teams
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, process mapping, and wireframing
