Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead HRIS Analyst (Workday) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HCM (Workday) support, troubleshooting data/system issues, and implementing improvements
  • Manage Workday for HR team, maintain security permissions, and collaborate with business units
  • Develop, analyze, and streamline HR business processes, create and maintain dashboards and analytics within Workday

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field
  • 7 years HRIS experience in Workday environment or 10 years in HRIS/Workday and other HR areas
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior level Workday role, advanced troubleshooting and reconciliation capability
  • Experience with complex reporting, data audits, configuring processes, and managing integrations
  • Ability to apply sound judgment in decision-making in accordance with operational policies and practices
