Job Summary

Leading HRIS configurations and process improvements, the full-time remote Lead HRIS Operations Specialist will enhance data integrity, support HR operations, and manage HRIS-related projects while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HRIS configuration, maintenance, and enhancements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Translate HR business needs into system workflows and process improvements
• Manage HRIS-related projects and coordinate efforts across HR, IT, and business stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in HRIS and HR Operations
• Experience administering HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and onboarding platforms
• Strong previous experience with HRIS administration and data management
• Solid foundational knowledge of core HR compliance areas
