Lead IAM Engineer (CIAM Required)
Job Summary
Leading the Identity and Access Management systems, the full-time Lead IAM Engineer (CIAM Required) will support the Production SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Now solutions, design and implement scalable software applications, and manage cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Enforce policies and procedures related to identity lifecycle management and IAM best practices
- Analyze, design, develop, and implement identity-related software applications and governance solutions
- Lead the development of IAM technical strategies, standards, and documentation while troubleshooting security-focused IAM issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
- 5 - 7 years of related experience in IAM support and development
- Proficient in Java and BeanShell; PowerShell knowledge is a plus
- Experience with SailPoint connectors and Lifecycle Event management
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) within 120 days of hire
