Lead IBM BAW Developer

Job Summary

Leading the technical planning and implementation phases, the full-time Lead IBM BAW Developer will manage projects, implement business processes using IBM BAW/BPM, and provide mentorship while working collaboratively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and requirements gathering, including project estimation and management
• Implement and optimize business processes utilizing IBM BAW/BPM technologies
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor, fostering effective working relationships within the team

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years specifically in IBM BAW/BPM (19.x, 18.5.x required; 22+ preferred)
• 7+ years of programming experience in Java and JavaScript
• Solid experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with UCAs, Coach Views, and IBM Advanced Integrations
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major
