Lead Identity and Access Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of IAM architecture across workforce, privileged, and service identities
• Own and enhance the SailPoint identity governance platform, including lifecycle workflows and automated provisioning
• Establish least-privilege access models and drive automation across identity lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or security engineering
• Strong foundation in IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, and RBAC/ABAC
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, including lifecycle workflows and provisioning integrations
• Solid understanding of integrations between identity governance platforms and cloud providers
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms like Azure AD or AWS IAM
