Lead Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Implementation Engineer - Infrastructure & Field Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Implementation Engineers in delivering technology projects
• Serve as the senior technical resource for complex customer concerns and ensure service excellence
• Mentor and coach team members while promoting high performance and effective delegation

Required Qualifications:

• 4 - 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in infrastructure or field services
• 4+ years in a lead or supervisory role with demonstrated team guidance
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong understanding of large-scale distribution or retail operations
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise IT technologies
