Lead Implementations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Lead to oversee technical onboarding and integration of new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Implementations Engineers, ensuring high-quality integrations
• Manage technical implementation, including data mapping, system configuration, and API integrations
• Act as the senior technical liaison for clients, providing support and strategic guidance during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical implementation or solutions engineering, with 2+ years in a lead role
• Extensive experience with 3PL and fulfillment logistics
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, and API integrations
• Strong understanding of complex ERP systems and data architecture
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
