Lead Incident Responder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Incident Responder for their Computer Security Incident Response Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the response to high severity incidents and act as a technical escalation point for the team of Incident Responders
• Develop process improvement and automation to enhance detection and incident response capabilities
• Lead significant strategic projects related to security monitoring and incident response

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience in the Information Security field, including operational security monitoring and incident response experience
• Related technical degree required
• System forensics/investigation skills across multiple operating systems
• Familiarity with responding to security incidents in various cloud environments
• Deep technical understanding of the information security threat landscape
