Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warehouse Lead Industrial Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement plans
Manage high-impact continuous improvement projects and support operational start-ups and expansions
Coach employees in engineering methodologies and facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen Events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with 7+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Advanced knowledge of engineering methods, data analysis, and Lean tools
Experience with warehouse design tools and automation solutions
Lean Six Sigma certification is required; cPMP and ISO/QMS certifications are preferred
