Lead Industrial Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warehouse Lead Industrial Engineer (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement plans
• Manage high-impact continuous improvement projects and support operational initiatives
• Coach employees on engineering methodologies and lean principles to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 5+ years of experience
• 7+ years of experience in Warehousing, Transportation, or Manufacturing industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Advanced knowledge of engineering and data analysis functions, including warehouse design tools
• Lean Six Sigma certification required; additional certifications preferred
