Lead Industrial Engineer

Job Summary

Driving continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time salaried Lead Industrial Engineer will identify and implement process enhancements, manage high-impact projects, and leverage engineering methodologies to optimize operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and develop effective continuous improvement plans
• Manage and execute high-impact continuous improvement projects, supporting start-ups and automation initiatives
• Coach employees on engineering methodologies and Lean principles to achieve operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with seven years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with five years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Advanced knowledge in engineering and data analysis functions, including slotting and labor planning
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with warehouse design tools and warehouse management operations
