Lead Information Architect

Job Summary

As a visionary strategist, the remote Lead Information Architect will define and evolve the enterprise ontology and semantic layer, translating business intent into a unified information architecture to enhance AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise ontology, taxonomy, and semantic frameworks for AI solutions
• Design knowledge graph relationships to connect agreements, parties, processes, and data across the business
• Implement governance processes for semantic assets, ensuring documentation, versioning, and review workflows are in place

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in taxonomy, ontology, and enterprise information architecture
• Experience operationalizing information architecture models into production systems
• Proficiency with semantic modeling tools and metadata management platforms such as Semaphore or PoolParty
• Experience establishing governance practices for semantic assets
