Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning and implementation of initiatives to enhance database infrastructure stability and reliability
• Create tools and automation for building, monitoring, and operating complex infrastructure and service-oriented architectures
• Participate in planning and technical design sessions, driving projects to completion with autonomy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale Linux-based service-oriented architectures
• Experience in UNIX systems administration and proficiency in Golang, Ruby, PHP, or Bash
• Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools such as Nomad, Kubernetes, or Amazon ECS
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Experience with observability and application performance monitoring tools
