Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to take full ownership of their infrastructure from cloud architecture to developer tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, focusing on scale, reliability, and security
• Enhance observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing to proactively identify issues
• Streamline deployments by refining CI/CD pipelines and improving developer workflows

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and managing cloud infrastructure at scale, preferably AWS
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and container platforms
• Knowledge of observability practices and distributed systems debugging
• Strong focus on security, reliability, and enabling faster shipping for teams
• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments
