Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the growth and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, the full-time Lead Infrastructure Engineer will design scalable solutions and collaborate with various engineering teams while working remotely from North America.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure solutions for business-critical applications and services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure meets their requirements and is user-friendly
• Maintain a strong security posture through collaboration with the security team to ensure compliance with industry standards

Required qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, with transferable skills from AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Python and CI/CD system management
• Knowledge of observability systems such as Datadog and/or OpenTelemetry
