Lead Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructional Designer to develop effective learning programs that drive software adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a learning content strategy aligned with business objectives
• Design and implement scalable content and develop curriculum for various applications and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and conduct regular audits for quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, technical writing, or a related field with 5-8 years of related experience, or a degree in computer science with relevant work experience
• Experience using instructional design principles and GenAI tools
• Knowledge of web application development and basic understanding of HTML, XML, and CSS
• Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for continuous learning and ability to work independently
