Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor: Agentic AI Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead live technical instruction through remote lectures and build-along sessions focused on agentic systems
• Facilitate complex labs, guiding students in hands-on exercises related to agent design patterns and API integration
• Provide code mentorship, offering real-time troubleshooting and debugging support in Python for student projects

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years of experience in building and deploying agentic AI systems
• Deep proficiency in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, API design, and advanced prompt engineering
• Proven experience in teaching technical topics or leading engineering teams
• AZ-900 and AI-900 certifications required; AI-102 certification strongly preferred
