Job Summary

Leading the instruction of a virtual classroom, the part-time Lead Instructor: Computer Support Specialist will conduct lectures for 30 to 300 learners while collaborating with operations personnel to ensure exceptional learning outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lectures during specified times while preparing adequately based on experience level
• Collaborate with operations personnel to perform class duties effectively and maintain schedule adherence
• Drive improvements in the Fellow experience through engaging and effective teaching methods

Required qualifications

• Degree in a Computer Science-related field or relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated experience in education and training, preferably with educational institutions or training programs
• Outstanding team and people management skills
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity concepts
• Advanced credentials from top educational institutions are preferred
