Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for CTU Online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to 3 courses per term and fulfill instructor responsibilities
• Serve as lead for academic program and manage course schedule
• Mentor faculty, conduct classroom observations, and handle administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in post-secondary education or as Academic Advisor
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in relevant academic subject
• Experience in student-centered, retention-focused education
• Documented expertise in oral presentation and interpersonal skills
