A company is looking for a Lead Instructor, Technical Interview Prep for Spring 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead online class sessions for 300-450 college students, focusing on achieving learning objectives
• Review course material and plan engaging lessons using provided curriculum
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and co-instructors to oversee the course and implement feedback for improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time experience in a software development/engineering role
• Availability to lead lectures during specified course times
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core computer science concepts
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java
• Experience in teaching or training in educational or online environments
