Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Insurance Claims Specialist HB.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient account balances, including claim submissions and compliance with billing regulations
• Resolve claim edits and account errors, ensuring timely follow-up with third-party payers
• Assist in denial management and support departmental reporting and clerical duties

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Certification within 90 days of hire
• Six (6) years of medical billing/medical office experience with nine (9) months directly working with hospital insurance claims
• Completion of sixteen hours of revenue cycle continuing education required annually
